 My parents struggled, with money, with communication, with love and creating peace. That childhood taught me that a home isn't built by perfect housekeeping or gourmet meals. It's built by emotional safety, honest conversations, and people who know how to navigate conflict with grace.

For decades, I searched for answers: two degrees, hundreds of books, countless coaching sessions, research, and real-life experimentation. What I discovered is that the hardest "jobs" - parenting, homemaking, running a business, aren't really about doing more. They're about becoming calmer, clearer, and more intentional.

Through my Step Stones to Calm Emotions framework, I've learned to guide families and entrepreneurs toward homes (and businesses) where people actually want to be. Where stressed days have moments of lightness. Where you realize you're not alone, and you never were.

This is the work I'm passionate about sharing.

Our purpose is to prosper and have fun living our healthy
and balanced lifestyle in our clean organized homes. 
We travel frequently, play and laugh daily,
and explore and adventure wherever we are.
We contribute to global healthy living by teaching and educating
self-reliance, matching resources, and sharing our family love.
We utilize cutting-edge technology and principles of integrity
to invite like-minded people into our lives.

When my son asked to attend college at age 11, I learned that raising capable humans sometimes means abandoning conventional paths. Through multiple schools and learning approaches, I discovered that my job as a parent wasn't to fit him into a system, it was to support his unique gifts and help him become all he could be.

If you can run a house, you can run a business. That's what I learned when I homeschooled my son while building my first business. Suddenly, home, school, and business weren't separate worlds anymore, we had to create and recreate new rhythms for our family dance as we all matured together.

I'm on my third business now and have helped hundreds of home entrepreneurs start and strengthen their family businesses. From handmade goods to handyman services, from growing and selling produce locally to creating online products, the business doesn't matter as much as the intentional first step.
